The RCIPS is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 24-year-old Charles Leonard Walton III, who was last known to be living in Prospect.
Shortly before 9:00AM this morning, the body of an unresponsive man was discovered, having washed ashore at a location on Austin Conolly Drive in East End.
