The Chamber of Commerce is inviting all businesses and organisations, along with school leavers, students and everyone entering the job market to participate in year’s Careers, Education and Training Expo on Friday 22nd March in the Sir Vassel Johnson auditorium at the University College of the Cayman Islands.
The Careers Expo gives school leavers, students and those entering the job market the opportunity to meet with representatives from every sector of industry. The Expo covers careers from the full spectrum of local industry from law firms to health care providers to building contractors, caterers and IT specialists, so that there is something for everyone.
“We welcome all the students, and everyone looking for job opportunities to our Careers Expo to find out more about careers that interest them and get advice on which courses to choose. Its also a great opportunity for local businesses to meet with prospective future employees,” said Chamber CEO Wil Pineau.
Businesses are being invited to showcase their career opportunities by sponsoring a booth. Three levels of sponsorship are available: Major Sponsors, at CI$1,500, received a double-booth, and exclusive recognition in the Chamber of Commerce newsletter, social media and other assets. Reception Sponsors pay CI$1000 for a single booth, announcement in the Chamber newsletter and social media, while Supporting Sponsors pay CI$ 550 for a single booth, recognition in the Chamber newsletter.
Spaces are reserved on a first come first served basis, which includes a signed contract and payment.
