PAC Rescheduled

The Standing Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has had to reschedule Thursday’s hearing to early March 2024 (date TBC).

The Committee was not able to reach the required number of Members in attendance in order to be quorate. As such, the Committee was not able to proceed with the hearing.

A draft Government Motion has been presented to the Parliament to address the vacant seat on the PAC, which will significantly improve the Committee’s ability to meet amidst many busy and conflicting schedules.

The Chairman of the Committee, Hon. Roy McTaggart, looks forward to holding the hearing in March and to moving forward with other outstanding items and reports from the Auditor General.
