In addition to the charges proffered on 18 December 2019, Investigators from the Anti-Corruption Commission charged:

Manderson, Mark Anthony (a former public officer aged 39 years from the George Town area) on 24 March 2020 with:

• One count of Breach of Trust, contrary to s.13 of the Anti-Corruption Law (2016 Revision); and

Gayle, Ian (aged 43 years from the Northward area) on 19 March 2020 with:

• One count of Being Concerned in an Arrangement (money laundering), contrary to s.134(1) of the Proceeds of Crime Law (2014 and 2017 Revision).

Both persons have been bailed to appear in Summary Court on 31 March 2020.

Mark Anthony Manderson, along with Jeremy Alexis Williams and Shevon Roandrew McNeil, will also appear in Grand Court on 3 April 2020 for the related matters for which they were charged on 18 December 2019.

As the matter is now before the Courts, the Commission will not provide any further comment on the matter.
