Robbery on West Bay Road
Shortly before 2:30am, 8 February, officers responded to a report of a robbery on West Bay Road just south of Gecko Link. A man had been walking when he was approached by two males dressed in dark clothing who robbed him of cash and personal items before fleeing the scene in a dark pickup truck, which travelled towards West Bay.
No weapons were used in the incident and the victim was uninjured.
The matter is currently under investigation and anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area at the time or who may have any other information is asked to contact George Town CID at 949-4222.
