A further three (3) students will be placed in the Community Policing Department and in Human Resource Department.

Ms. Marielle Hilaire, RCIPS Chief Human Resource Manager was quoted as saying that, “…The Internship Program was established to generate fresh ideas and diverse perspectives to underwrite our success whilst providing practical work experiences. Further, it is our intention to continually accentuate our Corporate Social Responsibility plan by developing young Caymanians, stimulating our talent management and employer branding strategies, and improving our visibility and credibility in the community.”

We extend a warm welcome to these young Caymanian men and women who have chosen the RCIPS as their learning hub for the summer, wish them a productive and enlightening internship and look forward to feedback on their unique perspective and professional experience in the coming weeks.
