Workforce Opportunities and Residency Cayman (WORC) has announced the launch of the agency’s new website, which will go live after close of business today, 15 December. Members of the public will be directed to the site via www.worc.ky or www.worc.gov.ky

The new site, which was created with the user experience in mind, allows customers to easily see WORC’s full service portfolio such as employment services, national training and complaints.

Visitors to the new site can also stay informed through the latest news section which contains press releases, featured services and products as well as office closures.

Deputy Director of Business Operations at WORC, Allison Lovinggood said she is excited to invite stakeholders and the community to the new site. “We have not only adopted a modern design which aligns with core government branding but we have ensured the design offered the ultimate user-friendly experience with improved navigation and functionality.”

WORC also confirmed that customers will not experience any changes to the online payment portal and can continue business as usual. 

“Further adaptions will be made to the new site in the New Year, specifically in the employment opportunity area, as WORC continues to better our service offerings to benefit the Cayman public,” Ms. Lovinggood added.
