A 26-year-old-man of West Bay was arrested 30 September on suspicion of attempted murder. The arrest was made in relation to an incident that took place on Reverend Blackman Road in West Bay on 10 September (details here). Following the arrest, police carried out two search operation simultaneously, at addresses that were link to this individual. He remains in police custody pending further investigation.
This is the second arrest that has been made in relation to this incident, as on Tuesday 14 September, police arrested a 20-year-old-man, also of West Bay, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and later bailed.
