The Passport and Corporate Services Office (P&CSO) has launched new and more convenient methods for collecting Cayman (British Overseas Territories Citizen) (BOTC) Passports.

In partnership with the Cayman Islands Postal Services (CIPS), a collaborative and streamlined system has been implemented, whereby passport applicants will have a number of options for collecting / receiving their BOTC passports.

Under the new system, once a passport is ready for collection, CIPS will contact the applicant, or their representative, and offer the choice for the BOTC passport to be collected from any post office on Grand Cayman. Alternatively, for a nominal fee ($5 within the George Town area, or $10 for the rest of Grand Cayman), the passport can be conveniently delivered to the recipients’ home or work address.

The revised system aims to make the BOTC passport collection process easier and more convenient for customers, and is in keeping with the Civil Service’s purpose “To make the lives of those we serve better”.
