Customs & Border Control Service (CBC) confirms the appointment of Kevin Walton as the new Senior Deputy Director.
Mr. Walton brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of excellence to this senior role. He has been a valued member of the CBC team for over (30) thirty years, since he commenced employment at the then Her Majesty Customs in 1987. He has demonstrated exceptional dedication and leadership as the Deputy Director for the Trade and Revenue portfolio where he managed a large team of officers and support staff as well as lead CBC’s modernisation programs and technology development projects.
He currently holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration - Cum Laude and has been a member of the Institution’s Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society since 2016. He also holds a Diploma in Customs Executive Management from the Caribbean Customs Law Enforcement Council in partnership with the Centre for Customs and Excise Studies at the University of Canberra in Australia.

As Senior Deputy Director, Mr. Walton will work closely with the Director and other senior leaders to empower, enable, support, and inspire CBC staff, ensuring they perform at their best and contribute to maximising the organisation’s service delivery and product offerings. He will also take on additional Portfolio responsibilities including managing the Intelligence and Investigation Unit.
