The Cayman Islands National Party (CINP) is proud to announce the official launch of its 2025 election campaign, featuring a visionary platform focused on a number of districts and national priorities, including topical issues and pressing challenges facing the country. Under the guiding principles of transparency, accountability and community-focused leadership, the Cayman Islands National Party aims to inspire positive change and build a brighter future for all Caymanian citizens. With a confirmed slate of 11 candidates at the time of launch, and several others in the pipeline, the Cayman Islands National Party is positioned to bring a fresh and dynamic choice of representatives from which voters may confidently choose to send to Parliament on election day.

The Party’s dedicated candidates are aligned on ethical standards necessary for public service and each is committed to serving their communities and advancing the Party’s mission of transformational leadership: • Dan Scott - Cayman Brac East • Nickolas DaCosta - Cayman Brac West & Little Cayman • Jordan Rivers - West Bay North • Julie Hunter - West Bay West • Gary “Peanut” Rutty - George Town South • Bud Johnson - George Town East • Craig Merren - George Town West • Carmen McField - George Town Central • Michael Myles - Prospect • Haymond Rankin – Bodden Town West • Gueva Richards - East End “Our country is at a critical crossroads, and we must approach this next election thoughtfully and with extreme caution. Our next government must possess the vision for a stronger and more hopeful Cayman Islands, the humility to listen to our Caymanian citizens, and the tenacity to get things done,” said Cayman Brac East candidate, Dan Scott, who was duly elected as the leader of the Cayman Islands National Party by all candidates and registered members. “I’ve listened to our people throughout our islands, and constituents consistently tell me, ‘address the cost of living’, ‘ensure job opportunities for Caymanian citizens’, ‘secure our borders’, and ‘give us transparent, accountable, community-focused leadership’, among so many other concerns. “The Cayman Islands National Party candidates are hearing the same concerns from their respective constituencies. People want change, they want a government that works for them—not one that takes from them. They want a government that serves them—not one that waits to be served. They want representatives that make every decision by starting with a simple question, ‘Is this good for Caymanian citizens? Will this make their lives better?’ Our team is committed to that and much more.” “Our Party is grounded in tradition and driven by the prospect of a brighter future,” added Anthony Ritch, Secretary General and founding member of the Cayman Islands National Party. “We are committed to laying the groundwork for a thriving community where opportunity is not just a word, but a reality for all Caymanian citizens.” The Cayman Islands National Party invites the public to join the movement, learn more about its vision and stay connected through social media and other media platforms for updates and opportunities to get involved.
