Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands (13 April 2017) The Cayman Islands Airports Authority (CIAA) has released a Request for Proposal (RFP) to Develop and Operate In-Terminal Concessions at the Owen Roberts International Airport (ORIA). There are 18 spaces available for bid in three categories: Food & Beverage, Retail and Duty Free/Duty Paid.
Interested retailers can bid on as many spaces as they like, not as a package but as separate bids for each space. Businesses with a license to trade in the Cayman Islands will be eligible to submit a tender. Eligible businesses which are 60% or more Caymanian owned will receive points in the tender evaluation process as well as eligible businesses that are in good standing with the CIAA and currently operate a Food & Beverage, Retail or Duty Free/Duty Paid store at ORIA.
Interested retailers can log onto the Cayman Islands Government E-Bidding Portal at https://cayman.bonfirehub.com/opportunities/3166 to receive proposal documents. Deadline for submission of bids is 4pm on Friday, 30 June 2017.
