The Chief Medical Officer, Dr. John Lee, reports that 705 COVID-19 tests have been carried out since this was last reported on Tuesday, 31 August 2021. There was one positive test result in a traveller.

There have been 101,206 COVID-19 vaccinations given in total in the Cayman Islands. Of these, 51,628 (73% of 71,106) have had at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 49,578 (70%) have completed the two-dose course.
