The Chief Medical Officer, Dr. John Lee, reports that 596 COVID-19 tests have been carried out since this was last reported on Friday, 25 June, 2021. There were five positive results, all in travellers.

To date, 93,098 COVID-19 vaccinations have been given in total in the Cayman Islands. Of these, 48,262 (68% of an estimated 71,100) had at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and approximately 63% have completed the two-dose course.

The vaccine supply for clinics on Grand Cayman has been replenished. Vaccine clinics have resumed and are now offering both first and second doses.
