Public Health has released COVID-19 figures for 3 May.
Positive cases reported to Public Health during this period are currently as follows:
Sunday - 76
Monday - 117
There are 1,227 estimated active cases of COVID-19 in the Cayman Islands. Seven persons are currently hospitalized for COVID-19 related causes, four of whom are unvaccinated.
The 7-day rolling average for 3 May is 92.
The Sister Islands reported 26 new cases, leaving total cases since the beginning of the pandemic at 775.
