The Elections Office continues to validate and process applications ahead of the publication of the revised list of electors on 29 January 2025. To date, 2,500 forms have been processed, with a few hundred submissions still outstanding. Over 1,600 new voter registrations and nearly 900 change forms have been received since October.

However, some applications remain incomplete due to missing information or documents. Individuals who are missing key details have been contacted by the Elections Office via phone or email. Those contacted are urged to provide the required documents as soon as possible to avoid their application being rejected.

The Elections Office has also experienced a high volume of emails and is still processing submissions from 15 January 2025. Members of the public who submitted voter registration or change of address forms, or had voter registration-related queries on or before this date, and have not received a response are encouraged to contact the office by phone immediately.

If you have not received a reply to your inquiry, please contact the Elections Office at 244-5400 or 949-8047 for assistance.

We value your communication and appreciate your patience as we work to address all outstanding matters promptly.
