On Saturday, 12th October 2024, the Cayman Islands Health Services Authority (HSA) was crowned Brand of the Year at the 2024 Cayman Islands Marketing Professionals Association (CIMPA) Awards following the organisation’s extensive strategic rebranding and modernisation initiatives.
The CIMPA Awards celebrate individuals and organisations that go above and beyond, recognising the creative professionals, agencies, and organisations that make a lasting impact.
HSA’s Board Chairman Osbourne Bodden noted, “I am proud of our team for being recognised as Brand of the Year. It reflects the hard work, innovation and commitment to excellence that defines our service to the community. On a wider scale, it speaks to the advancement in the transformation and modernisation of public sector entities to offer the best, a charge that the HSA is keen on being a part of.”
HSA’s CEO Lizzette Yearwood expressed “Congratulations to our phenomenal team HSA who represents our new brand, exemplifying our core values every day. We were judged on not just our logo but how we have managed to integrate the new brand into everything we do.”

The CIMPA award is a continuation of the recognition received by the HSA for service excellence. In August, the Authority was voted Best of Cayman awards in 13 medical categories, receiving six gold and seven silver.
