On Monday morning, 31 October, officers in Cayman Brac received a report of a stolen vehicle which had last been seen at a garage in West End. Shortly afterwards officers were informed that the complainant had located the stolen vehicle at an address on Alta Vista Drive. Officers attended the location and conducted a forensic examination of the vehicle.
The following day, 1 November, with further assistance from the public, officers located the man suspected of having stolen the vehicle. The man, age 31 of Cayman Brac, was arrested on suspicion of taking a conveyance without authority. He has since been bailed
