Man Found Unresponsive on North Church Street this Morning

Police can now confirm the identity of the victim of the fatal traffic collision which occurred yesterday morning, 15 April. He is 21-year-old Ignacio Kirzner, an Argentinian national living in Cayman. The RCIPS extends condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
