A 19-year-old West Bay man was arrested on Thursday 28 April on suspicion of burglary, in relation to the unlawful entry of a residence off Mount Pleasant Road, West Bay. Police say items were taken. The man was also arrested on suspicion of stealing cash from a vehicle parked on Sonny Powery Drive in West Bay earlier the same day. The man is also a suspect in multiple other burglaries and thefts in the West Bay area and remains in custody as investigations continue.
A man, age 33 of George Town, was also arrested Thursday on suspicion of burglarizing a school on Walkers Road on Saturday, 1 January. The man is also a suspect in multiple other burglaries in the George Town area and remains in custody as investigations continue.
On Wednesday, 27 April, a man, age 45 of George Town, was arrested on suspicion of Criminal Trespass, following an incident the same day, where a man was observed attempting to unlawfully gain entry to a residence and vehicles in the vicinity of Marbel Drive, George Town. He remains in custody as investigations continue.
