Just after 4am 25 September, police and other emergency services were dispatched to the 9-1-1 Communications Centre to a report of a single vehicle collision on West Bay Road in the vicinity of the Public Beach.
The vehicle involved collided with a wall and one person was found next to the vehicle with what appeared to be life-threatening-injuries. He was transported to the hospital by ambulance and is currently critical but stable.
