Following a complex and protracted investigation, Investigators supporting the Anti-Corruption Commission charged Kimberley Elizabeth ROBERTS, Alex Javaughan RATTARY, Willard Charles ISAACS, and Kemar Nickolas JONES on 9 December 2020 as follows:

1. Kimberley Elizabeth ROBERTS, a Caymanian national aged 34 of West Bay and a former public officer, has been charged with the following offences:

1. 3 counts of Conspiracy to commit a Breach of Trust, contrary to sections 13 and 52 of the Anti-Corruption Law (2016 Revision);
2. 3 counts of Fraud on the Government contrary to section 11(1)(a) of the Anti-Corruption Law (2016 Revision); and
3. 1 count of Breach of Trust contrary to section 13 of the Anti-Corruption Law (2016 Revision).
    

2. Alex Javaughan RATTARY, a Jamaican national aged 24 of George Town, has been charged with the following offences:

1. 1 count of Conspiracy to commit a Breach of Trust, contrary to sections 13 and 52 of the Anti-Corruption Law (2016 Revision); and
2. 1 count of Fraud on the Government contrary to section 11(1)(a) of the Anti-Corruption Law (2016 Revision).

3. Willard Charles ISAACS, a Jamaican national aged 56 of Bodden Town, has been charged with the following offences:

1. 1 count of Conspiracy to commit a Breach of Trust, contrary to sections 13 and 52 of the Anti-Corruption Law (2016 Revision); and
2. 1 count of Fraud on the Government contrary to section 11(1)(a) of the Anti-Corruption Law (2016 Revision).

4. Kemar Nickolas JONES, a Jamaican national aged 37 of George Town, has been charged with the following offences:
   1. 1 count of Conspiracy to commit a Breach of Trust, contrary to sections 13 and 52 of the Anti-Corruption Law (2016 Revision); and
   2. 1 count of Fraud on the Government contrary to section 11(1)(a) of the Anti-Corruption Law (2016 Revision).

All four persons have been bailed to appear at George Town Summary Court on Tuesday 15^th December 2020 at 10am.

As the matter is now before the Courts, the Commission will not provide any further comment on the matter.
