Resident Arrested by CBC Officers at Charles Kirkconnell Airport

On Thursday, 16 January 2025, Customs and Border Control Service (CBC) officers arrested a Cayman Islands resident upon his arrival at Charles Kirkconnell International Airport.
The arrest followed a baggage examination conducted by CBC officers utilising CBC X-ray equipment.
The matter is being formally investigated by the CBC.
