Subway recently hosted its annual employee training event, where over 50 footlong turkey sandwiches were donated to the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service (RCIPS) and Cayman Islands Fire Service.

The event focuses on speed, accuracy, and consistency, challenging staff to make footlong turkey sandwiches to Subway’s exact specifications. This training reinforces the importance of quality and precision in every guest’s experience and ensures our team consistently delivers products and service of the highest standard on a daily basis.

“We’re committed to maintaining excellence, and this event helps our team hone their skills while giving back to the community,” said Troy Burke, Owner. “Partnering with the RCIPS and Fire Service allows us to show our appreciation for their vital work.”
