UPDATE: Investigations Continue into Bodden Town Explosion Incident
Police, Fire, emergency services and other partner agencies, remain on the scene of the house explosion incident which occurred 5 June at a residence on Bayfield Crescent, shortly after 1:00PM.
Efforts to determine the cause of the incident are ongoing, with fire and police remaining on scene to conduct investigations. At this time the cause of the incident remains unknown.
A police cordon remains in place and the public is being reminded to avoid the area and to remain outside of the established cordon. The public is also being reminded, for their safety, to avoid this area until the authorities have deemed it safe.
Three of the four persons injured in the incident have since been discharged from hospital, while one man remains in hospital with serious injuries.
