Update: Man Arrested for Firearm Offenses Has Now Been Formally Charged

Following an incident that took place Friday 13th December at the Dolphin’s Plaza on Eastern Avenue, the 30-year-old-man who was arrested in relation to the recovered firearm has now been formally charged with Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm, Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm (Ammunition) and Possession of Cocaine.
The man remains in custody and will appear before the court on Monday 16 December.
