Update: Two Men Formally Charged in Relation to Murder Incident,

The 24-year-old-man of George Town that was previously arrested on suspicion of murder in relation to the murder of Divonte Hernandez on 29 September, has since been formally charged with Murder and appeared before the court where he was remanded until Friday 13 October.

A second man, age 22 of Bodden Town was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder in relation to this incident. Following a search related to his arrest, he was further arrested on suspicion of possession of a prohibited weapon. He too has been formally charged with Possession of a Prohibited Weapon and appeared before the court. He was remanded in custody until Thursday 12 October.
